RESERVATION TERM & CONDITION

•  Check in at the pro shop at least 10 minutes prior to/ before the tee off time and if it's over, your tee off time will be postponed to the next empty flight ( available time )

•  Maximum total handicap is 80 per flight

•  No two some but four some for 1 flight.

•  Cancellation / No show : Any cancellation on the Weekend & Public Holiday requirs information 3 day prior to your tee off time at 01.00 PM. No show and any cancellation without nofication will be charged (penalty) for : Member & Guest full per person.

•  Please fill your guest name in your flight and return to us by fax as soon as possible

•  Hereby agree to pay the penalty fee should I failed to attend the tee time. The payable amount will be transferred via :

Bank BII – Cabang Bogor.

•  Shall the payable amount is not fulfilled, the total outstanding will automatically be stated in the billing statement within next month.
