- All above prices excluded 10% VAT
- Cancellation of membership is subject to a 30% cancellation fee
from the payment which has already been made.

TRANSFERABILITY OF MEMBERSHIP
Membership are transferable to either an individual, company, partnership or
unincorporated association, as may be the case, once the new members application
to become a member has been approved by the Membership Committee, and the Club
has received the appropriate Transfer Fee of 5% of the current Initiation Deposit

ANNUAL DUES
Annual Dues are to be paid for all Nominated of un-nominated position at the club.
Dues will be payable as prescribed by the club, but will generally be January 1st of
each year. For periods of less than One year the amount will be pro-rated.

Get a Spikebar Restauran privilege 5% discount for all item FOOD, 10% discount for BUFFET menus and 5% discount for GOLF SHOP merchandise
